The Healthcare Marketplace has helped West Virginians have access to affordable, quality health coverage since 2015.
Enrollments have surged in WV in recent years, with more than 51,000 West Virginians enrolling in 2024! Currently, 97% of enrollees qualified for financial help, with many enrolling in coverage for less than $10 a month!
West Virginia has two carriers on the Marketplace—CareSource and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
